This is a furniture trend that I cannot understand or get my head around. I am slightly jealous of people who have spaces big enough to accommodate this furniture but I still HATE IT!
And it's not just at Restoration Hardware, it's everywhere!
Unfortunately, styles come back so we can see this again in another 50 years or so. Here's a version from the 1960s in blue velvet no less.
I sincerely hope I did not offend everyone who rushed to Restoration Hardware to buy one of these lovely beauties. No offense to RH which I LOVE (and which has the world's best towels), but what were you thinking??
